One thing you should take notice of is that interest rates have dropped below 4%. We haven't seen rates this low in quite some time and you can save a ton of money down the road by buying now. Just something for you to keep an eye on in the coming months if you are thinking about buying another property. When winter weather rolls around, one of the biggest things to do to ensure conditions in the winter is to consult with your insurance agent about the coverage on your property. Some properties may be at risk of losing coverage if they are vacant for an extended period of time.
