Thanks so much for joining us, everybody. Today we are here to talk to you about the real estate market in suburban Chicago as we head into the last quarter of the year.
Right now we are in a pretty fair, neutral market. Sellers are doing well and getting a high dollar amount for their homes. Buyers are also willing to pay a fair price for properties in excellent condition.
It's very common to see a lot of buyers on the fence about purchasing a home. In the fall and winter market, we don't get a lot of those people. We are seeing legitimate, serious buyers out there right now that are wanting to pull the trigger on a new home now. Inventory is so low right now, it is a perfect time to sell. Those serious buyers are gobbling up good homes that come onto the market.
As a buyer, you are competing against the best homes.When a good home comes onto the market, people will flock to see it. The best houses are in demand and yours could be one of them.
