Today we have good news to share with high-end homebuyers for 2019. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae just announced that, starting January 1, they will increase the limit of conforming or non-jumbo loans to $484,350. In other words, this increases the buying power of high-end homebuyers by an extra $30,000.
